Associate General Manager

As a Sales and Marketing professional for Industrial minerals in Maharashtra and South region, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for sales and marketing function of various Industrial minerals for Maharashtra and South region. - Establish and maintain cordial relationships at all levels with major customers and other key clients. - Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. - Analyse market trends and competitor activity for making the right business strategy. - Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership. - Participate in trade shows and seminars. - Conduct effective market mapping across industries and regions to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets. - Periodically submit regular updates on performance against budgeted sales and collection, new business developments, collections, etc. - Perform other duties as assigned. Key Skills & Competencies: - Leadership and team building ability. - Strong understanding of Industrial Minerals functionality and its applications, sales & marketing experience in industries such as Plastics, Paint & Coating, Rubber, Printing ink, Paper, Agrochemicals, etc. - Customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. Qualification & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Business Administration. - Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing. - Exposure to the Industrial mineral or chemical industry will be preferred.,
