Associate-Fraud

Responsibilities

• Thorough researchofaccountfor identification of red flags and takingappropriate stepsas per set protocols. 

• Communicate with other departmentsregardingthe case as per procedures laid down via email. 

• Accurately annotate each case investigation to banking toolstocorrectly capture the details of the case. 

• Conduct research, work independently and make complex investigations decisions with little or no guidance within the ambit of workflow/procedure. 

• Takeappropriate actiontoidentifyand help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends. 

• Consistently achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations  

• Agentsareexpectedbeup to date on latest fraud modus operandi that are currently trending in the market.

• Follow SOP and consistently achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations. 

Minimum qualifications

• Freshers are eligible  

• Any Graduate  

PreferredQualifications:

• Good communication both written and verbal English skills. 

• Ability to compose a grammatically correct,conciseandaccuratewritten response. 

• Analytical & problem-solving skills. 

• Basic knowledge of Banking Industry & Regulatory Environment. 

• Understanding ofMicrosoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.  

• Knowledge of Fraud Detection tools would be an added advantage.
