Associate Founder

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day platform operations
• Oversee and streamline the buying/selling transaction process
• Design and execute local marketing and outreach campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with student communities across campuses
• Coordinate with technical and design teams for product improvements
• Lead customer support, ensuring satisfaction and trust on the platform
• Analyze user data and suggest strategies for growth and retention
• Contribute to business development and partnership efforts

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Hands-on experience in operational or community management roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with student ecosystems and campus dynamics
• Awareness of circular economy/sustainability concepts is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable with startup ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent (final-year students with strong potential may also apply)
• Prior experience in startup environments, student-led initiatives, or entrepreneurial roles is a bonus
