Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Founder role located on-site in Bengaluru. The Associate Founder will take a leadership position in shaping the strategic growth of CereBro, overseeing aspects of business development, operations, and product innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, driving business expansion, building strategic partnerships, spearheading product strategy, and ensuring the company's vision is effectively implemented. The individual will collaborate closely with the co-founding team to drive the mission of transforming cognitive wellness through advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills in business development and operations
• Experience in product strategy, innovation, and management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Understanding of AI technology, cognitive science, or digital product design is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
