Associate Director

Location: Noida | Full-time | On-site

Role Overview:

Associate Director – Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing inside sales team to exceed targets and drive performance excellence.
Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to accelerate revenue growth.
Own end-to-end pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking using data-driven insights.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to enhance lead quality, product feedback, and go-to-market strategies.
Build and implement effective training programs to continuously upskill team members and enhance sales capabilities.

Use sales analytics and KPIs to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
Efficiently manage sales budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

Proven track record of managing large sales teams and consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline metrics, and data-led sales forecasting
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Prior experience in EdTech or a high-growth startup is a plus
