  1. Have 8+ years of strong experience preferably in Product solutions / Product Growth/ Digital Transformation / Consulting with a good understanding of SaaS /B2B environment.
  2. Are naturally curious and enjoy deeply understanding a client’s business, not just their stated requirements.
  3. Can

    structure ambiguity

    and convert loosely defined problems into clear, compelling solutions.
  4. Are comfortable engaging with

    CXOs, product heads, tech leaders, compliance teams

    , and commercial stakeholders.
  5. Bring a solid understanding of

    how B2B platforms are built and consumed

    — APIs, integrations, cloud, workflows.
  6. Have the ownership mindset to

    run multiple high-value deals in parallel

    without handholding.
  7. Communicate crisply — whether it’s a whiteboard discussion, a solution deck, or a commercial conversation.
  8. Have proven experience

    leading and growing high-performing presales teams

    , with a focus on capability-building rather than task management.
  9. Stay organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure while managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.


Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like…

  1. Partner closely with

    MD India and the sales leadership

    on high-impact, complex opportunities.
  2. Deeply understand client business goals, current processes, challenges, and future strategic direction.
  3. Map stakeholders, decision-making structures, and influence paths within client organizations.
  4. Design

    tailored solution narratives

    using IDfy’s platforms that clearly demonstrate business, technical, and compliance value.
  5. Help clients

    visualize the solution in action

    — how IDfy fits into their workflows and solves their specific problems.
  6. Lead solution discussions and presentations that convince

    business, tech, risk, and compliance stakeholders

    .
  7. Own the scope of solution and drive handover with Delivery teams and be the custodian on changes in the scope
  8. Set the bar for presales excellence by

    coaching the team on discovery, solutioning, and executive storytelling

    , while actively unblocking and elevating deal quality.
  9. Coordinate internally across product, engineering, legal, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  10. Own the presales motion end-to-end — from discovery and solutioning to pricing alignment and commercial closure.
  11. Act as the deal quarterback, ensuring momentum, higher conversions, alignment, and clarity until the final sign-off.
