Associate Director - Pricing Strategy & Analytics

A leading digital and e-commerce organization (confidential search) is seeking an experienced Associate Director (Pricing Strategy & Analytics). This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive pricing innovation, revenue optimization, and commercial growth, while leading a multicultural team across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Leadership:

  Partner with senior business leaders across BD, Ops, Product, and Marketing to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies that fuel growth.

• Revenue Optimization Frameworks:

  Build and manage advanced pricing models including:
• Competitor benchmarking and market intelligence
• Yield and margin optimization across multiple sales channels
• Customer cohort analysis and price elasticity studies

• Data & Technology Integration:

  Collaborate with product and data science teams to develop Advance Pricing Algorithms, Dynamic Pricing Models and scalable automation systems & pricing tools that enhance decision making.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to pricing and revenue management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across commercial and product functions.
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces is highly preferred.
