Associate Director of Sales

As an Assistant Sales Manager at our property, you will play a key role in leading the segmented sales efforts to achieve revenue goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and build long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to implement the segment sales strategy effectively and assist in achieving property revenue goals. To qualify for this role, you should possess a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1 year of experience will also be considered. Your core work activities will include developing and executing sales strategies in line with the sales leader, participating in the creation of a sales plan, and implementing promotions to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for maximizing revenue potential, managing sales activities such as booking goals and sales calls, and analyzing sales and financial data to achieve the property's financial goals. Exceptional customer service is paramount in this role, where you will lead by example in guest hospitality, gather feedback from guests to improve product quality and service levels, and ensure that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Building successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, is also an essential aspect of the job.
