**Job Description:** As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our organization, your main role will be aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, serving as an employee champion and change agent. Anticipating HR-related needs, you will communicate proactively with our HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. Additionally, you will form partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services to both management and employees that align with the organization's business objectives. This position may also involve international human resource responsibilities, requiring you to maintain a good understanding of the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. - Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions for performance improvement, retention, and enhancing employee experience. - Provide management coaching to enhance leadership capabilities and address employee issues. - Address various employee relations issues while maintaining a balance in representing all interests. - Implement, administer, and interpret corporate policies, programs, and procedures. - Plan and continuously improve all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process to achieve strategic objectives, focusing on performance management and talent development. - Collaborate with business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives within the client group. - Offer ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures. - Provide compensation support, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, creation of new job families, promotions, and job re-leveling. **Qualifications Required:** - 12-15 years of experience in an HR business partner leadership role. - Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred. - Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and HR teams. - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. - Strong business and HR acumen, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Demonstrated ability to coach and develop operations managers and supervisors. - Self-starter, result-oriented, and confident in dealing with ambiguity. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization. - Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. - Proficient in narrative writing and presenting skills. **Who are we ** For the past 20 years, we have been empowering various Digital Experiences for the Fortune 500 companies.
