In This Role, You Will
Third Party Cost Management (Purchase to Pay)
- Understands third party spend of HWSW and able to ensure requisitions are in line with spend approval
- Verifies purchase requisitions/expense requests related to Software/ Hardware by comparing items
Financial Ledger Management (incl. Accruals & pre-payment)
- Monthly Accruals/ Prepayments process for third party spend covering largely professional services and Software License & Maintenance
- Governance of aged accruals
Cost Recovery/ Billing Management
- Submission of pass-through billing consumption files
- Resolving all accrual and billing related queries working closely with GICO Stakeholders
Provision of standardised MI and insight
- Dive deeply into all financial data and provide additional insights and identify required action items i.e. helps analysing workflow processes starting from Cost Planning – Cost requests – Purchase order – Actuals
Management and Continual improvement
- Engagement and relationship building with Financial Insights team and with Operations Managers within your GB/GF, ensuring their needs are met, while retaining consistency in ways of working across the wider function
