Job Description

Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.

Essential Requirements:

Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, data & analytics tools and platforms and product operations. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Bachelor s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data management tools and software.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
