Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our revenue management team as the Director of Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and revenue management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel revenue.
Lead and manage a team of revenue managers to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and minimize losses.
Identify and develop plans for new revenue streams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with revenue management software and systems.
