Associate Director ( Agile Delivery)

Impact:

• Serve as a senior Agile leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise Agile frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Advance contract development and fee proposal/negotiation processes through ongoing communication with functional teams.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role.

• Proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.).

• Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent.

• Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change.

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.

• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience in platform engineering, service operations, or product management at a senior level.
