About the role:

CloudEagle.ai is hiring an Associate Designer to support our marketing team in creating high-quality visual assets that enhance brand identity, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce innovative designs for social media, web, email campaigns, and more. Your work will directly influence our marketing strategies and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media graphics, infographics, blog images, and reports.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, and case study layouts to support sales and marketing.
• Assist in designing web pages and landing pages that align with branding and conversion goals.
• Assist in developing templates for recurring marketing materials to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Monitor design trends and innovate to maintain a cutting-edge visual identity.
• Support promotional material creation, including brochures, flyers, and merchandise designs.
• Assist with performance analysis of visuals (e.g., click patterns, conversion rates) and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of design experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in creating responsive and performance-driven designs for web and mobile.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and marketing trends.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
