Associate - Deals - M&A Strategy (Integration, Divestiture, Diligence)

Role Overview: You will be part of the Deals team at PwC, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role will involve assisting clients in navigating complex transactions, conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.
