Job Description

As an Associate, Customer Experience at WorldatWork, you will play a crucial role in responding to inbound customer inquiries through emails and phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers while providing helpful information, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints. You will need to have a strong understanding of WorldatWork products and be able to assist customers with various topics related to certification, education, events, publications, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Respond promptly to a high volume of ongoing customer inbound emails and phone calls. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. - Have in-depth knowledge of WorldatWork products. - Answer customer questions on various topics. - Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests from B2C customers. - Provide basic troubleshooting and setup assistance to customers. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and continuously gather and document customer feedback. - Provide support with the shipping and distribution of customer support materials. - Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role, with sales experience preferred. - Strong proficiency in windows-based applications like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. - Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce and marketing automation tools highly desired. - Experience in the educational or human resources discipline is a plus. - Drive, curiosity, resilience, coach-ability, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, writing, and people skills. - Goal-oriented work ethic committed to achieving organization goals both individually and as part of a team.
