In terms of software implementation, you will be expected to comprehend client requirements and align them with the features of HDPOS software. Your duties will involve the installation and configuration of HDPOS software based on the client's business operations, as well as setting up products, inventory, taxation, billing formats, user roles, and other essential modules. Additionally, you will be required to offer on-site or remote implementation support as needed to guarantee the timely and successful deployment of the software at the client's premises. For technical support, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, tickets, and troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote tools.
