As a Specialist, Research at WorldatWork, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research efforts by managing surveys, conducting data analysis, and contributing to various research projects. With a strong technical skill set and the ability to work independently, you will help translate data into valuable insights that inform business decisions and advance the Total Rewards profession. Your primary responsibilities will include independently programming and managing surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Voxco, ensuring accurate data collection, and resolving technical issues that may arise during fieldwork. You will also be responsible for data cleaning and preparation, performing basic data analysis, and conducting market research studies by analyzing both primary and secondary data sources. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the research team to develop reports, presentations, and dashboards. You will contribute to narrative development, create data visualizations, and ensure the accuracy and quality of research outputs before submitting them for review by senior team members. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research, or another quantitative social science field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of professional-level experience in research, data analytics, or market research, with a strong background in survey programming, data analysis, and market research methodologies. Your proficiency in survey programming tools, data analysis software, and market research techniques will be essential in this role. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams will also be critical to your success. If you have experience in data visualization, dashboard creation, SQL database queries, or qualitative data analysis, it will be considered a plus. Familiarity with Total Rewards programs, workplace research, human resources topics, and user experience research principles will also be beneficial in this role.
