Survey Scripting and Development : Use JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML to create dynamic and interactive survey experiences. This includes customizing standard question types and integrating complex logic as needed. Advanced Survey Components : Develop and implement advanced survey components to boost respondent engagement and data quality. This includes interactive tools such as custom sliders, product shelves, drag-and-drop tasks, virtual shopping carts, media evaluations, and page turners. Also experienced in setting up specialized research exercises like MaxDiff , Conjoint analysis , and Segmentation studies , ensuring accurate setup and logic flow for robust data collection and insights. Quality Assurance and Testing : Perform thorough pre-launch link checks, including logic validation, UI/UX assessment, and functional testing to ensure accuracy and usability of the survey. Multilingual Survey Setup : Configure and deploy surveys in multiple languages to support international and multilingual research studies. Quota Management : Implement and manage quotas to ensure data collection aligns with specified sampling requirements. Data validation and Quality assurance: Manage data tabulation and validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and conduct quality checks to meet internal and regulatory standards Coding framework development: Develop and apply coding frameworks for open-ended responses and data analysis, to improve insights and data quality Internal function development: Adopt and implement best practices for data processing, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency Troubleshooting and Support : Identify and resolve technical issues during development and data collection phases, providing support to internal teams and clients as needed. Education, Experience, Knowledge And Other Skills The following outlines the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as preferred or a plus: Undergraduate or advanced degree in mathematics, IT or a related discipline, with 2 or more years Market Research experience, preferably pharmaceutical. Expert Knowledge of Dechiper a must. Javascript, jQuery, HTML programming knowledge. Hands-on experience in data collection techniques, with a strong grasp of market research methodology and experience with data processing tools and languages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python, SQL) Good knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) .
