Job Description

Define, design, and implement multi-tier distributed software applications.
Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes that meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles.
Independently design code and test major features, as well as collaborate jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization.
Build scalable architectures and improve existing systems by enhancing performance and refactoring for reuse.
Work closely with a talented team of software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to build financial products.

Job Requirements

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SOA design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to design scalable architectures and enhance existing systems.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
