Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank. We are looking for candidates having relevant experience and ready to work in a challenging and ever evolving environment. Candidates who have relevant experience in operations management, dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, Life cycle management and Onboarding would be preferred. The requirement is for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit. Responsibilities Operations Management Tracking and resolving onboarding issues, delivery and despatch related issues Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc Skills Candidate having good communication skills Candidate having good interpersonal skills Keeps customer needs at the forefront of priorities and takes action.
