Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team and help shape the creative vision for our brand. With a minimum of 10 years in the industry and at least 4 years in a senior or leadership capacity, the ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and leadership skills. This role requires a strong foundation in advertising, communication design, or visual arts, supported by a degree in one of these fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Creative Director to define and execute the creative vision for campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the development of innovative, compelling concepts across a variety of media, including digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality creative work, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and achieves strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure creative outputs meet business needs and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and branding.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to stakeholders, articulating the strategy and rationale behind them.
  • Maintain accountability for project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior creative role.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse creative work and a strong track record of success across multiple media.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of brand development and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global campaign development and cultural sensitivity in creative outputs.
  • Knowledge of advanced digital marketing techniques, including social media, content marketing, and AR/VR.
