Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Your main tasks will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software developers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality technical solutions, with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, AWS services like CloudWatch and SNS, and the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK). In this role, your responsibilities will include: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. - Analyzing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. - Documenting and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. - Performing gap analysis to propose solutions for discrepancies between current and desired states. Technical Solution Design: - Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Working with developers and architects to design scalable technical solutions. - Ensuring proposed solutions align with industry best practices and security standards. - Understanding and utilizing AWS services like CloudWatch and SNS for system monitoring and notifications. Project Management and Coordination: - Defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements with project managers. - Creating project plans, monitoring progress, and managing risks. - Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Conducting status meetings and providing updates for project success. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Developing and executing test plans to validate technical solutions. - Collaborating with QA professionals to identify and resolve defects. - Testing cloud-based infrastructure and AWS services for functionality and reliability. - Supporting user acceptance testing and production deployments. Documentation and Training: - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials. - Documenting cloud computing infrastructure configurations and CDK deployments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with technical project focus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks. - Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation. - Experience with cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS. - Familiarity with AWS services like CloudWatch, SNS, and CDK. - Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with data analysis, SQL, and software testing. - Familiarity with project management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
