Your skills and experience University degree ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or equivalent At least 7 years experience in banking or asset management, preferrable in Process Management, Business Architecture and/or Control Management related activities Experience in Asset Management Industry and/or Financial Industry Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders BPMN 2.0 or other BPM / Operational Excellence certification preferred. Experience in operational risk management in either 1st or 2nd Line of Defense Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as a relevant Business Process Management Tools Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
