Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business & Technical Analyst, your main responsibility will be to partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will convert business needs into functional and technical specifications, conduct gap analysis, collaborate with UI/UX teams to design wireframes, and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, manage documentation, and prioritize initiatives based on business value and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications, such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Wireframes. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and process optimization. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Lucidchart. - Work with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. - Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and assist in validation before deployment. - Support Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain project roadmaps. - Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity in requirements and project scope. - Conduct business impact assessments for proposed IT solutions. - Manage and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and return on investment (ROI). - Prepare and evaluate RFI/RFP documents for project proposals and vendor selection. - Maintain top-notch documentation including requirement elicitation, test cases, workflows, and SOPs. - Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and business ethics standards. - Create and manage process-related SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, software development, or mobile app projects. - Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus. - Technical Skills: Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering (BRD, FRD, SRS, RFI/RFP, Gap Analysis, Use Cases), Project & Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, MS Visio, Lucidchart), Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP), Data Analysis & Reporting (MS Excel, Power BI, SQL preferred). - Soft Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, ability to simplify complex technical concepts, self-driven and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
