Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Chennai & Noida (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Experience Required: 6-10 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Analyze

  business processes and workflows

  to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct

  requirement-gathering workshops

  and document

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  .
• Translate business needs into

  functional and technical specifications

  .
• Collaborate with

  development, QA, and product teams

  to ensure accurate delivery.
• Support

  production issues

  through

  SQL-based analysis

  and impact assessment.
• Act as a

  bridge between business and technical teams

  for smooth communication and execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in

  Business Analysis

  and

  requirements gathering

• Ability to conduct

  stakeholder workshops

  and document

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Good understanding of

  systems, integrations, and functional design

• Hands-on

  SQL

  for data analysis, validation, and production issue troubleshooting
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments
• Hands-on with

  JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills:

• Process modeling / BPMN

  (workflows, swimlanes)

• API & integration understanding

  (JSON, XML, data mapping)
• Experience in

  FinTech / Banking / Financial Services

• Strong analytical and communication skills
