Key Responsibilities: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery. Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), proposals, drafting quotes, and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Design wireframes and mock-ups to visually communicate the requirements to the development team. Act as a liaison between the client and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure their requirements are being met
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting large Banks and NBFCs to achieve revenue goals and business growth. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and NBFC industry, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers. Leverage existing networks and engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities. Understand the challenges faced by Banks and NBFCs, positioning our solutions to address their needs effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that highlight our value proposition. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive performance. Monitor market trends and provide insights for product enhancements and market positioning. Track sales pipelines, forecast revenues, and provide regular reports to senior management. Attend industry events to build brand awareness and expand our presence in the banking and NBFC segment. Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements relevant to the banking and NBFC industry. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software solutions, products, and digital transformation services to large Banks and NBFCs, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the banking and NBFC segment. Strong network of contacts within the industry, with established relationships at decision-making levels. Excellent understanding of the banking and NBFC sector, including industry trends and regulatory landscape Experience in staffing and staff augmentation for Banks and NBFCs. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Willingness to travel as required.
