Your responsibilities will include working closely with vendors and category managers to onboard the right selection as per the latest trends, liaise with CDM leads to optimize merchandising strategies On App and Off App and develop promotional plans to maximize category performance for the relevant fashion trends and selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fashion trends of Indian market and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities in women wear, kids wear and footwear categories of Myntra
• Forecast trends with independent key stakeholders and trend agency to predict the latest fashion trend in Indian market so as to enable the right selection built up.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics of key trends and selection built to make informed decisions on inventory levels and product assortment.
• Collaborate with vendors/ brands and category managers to ensure the right selection is manufactured and supplied to Myntra
• Develop strategic plans for category growth, including merchandising and promotion strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, CDM, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of trends showcase On App, Off App and in selection built up
• Stay updated on industry trends, fashion trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to ensure competitive advantage in selection built up and promotional activities for the same
