Associate - Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis:

• Collect, validate, and maintain departmental data from multiple sources and systems

• Monitor data accuracy across various software platforms and maintain Excel spreadsheets/databases

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Process Support & Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings related to process improvement and project activities

• Support daily operations and assist in current state mapping and processing documentation

• Help maintain process standardization and compliance tracking

System Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor existing systems developed by Business Excellence team and track KPIs across departments

• Maintain dashboards and visual reporting tools, and provide regular status updates

General Support:

• Provide administrative and analytical support across teams

• Assist in presentations, management reports, and lean methodology implementation

• Help coordinate cross-functional improvement projects

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• B. Tech in any engineering discipline

• 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing domain (furniture industry preferred)

(fresh graduates with strong analytical skills can also be considered.)

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI)

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation

• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems

• Knowledge of data visualization tools

• Familiarity with lean methodology concepts

• Understanding of manufacturing or processing industries
