Job Title: Cloud Infra Business Operations Lead Location: Pune (Hinjewadi), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infra Business Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day operations of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong collaboration with different departments, effective project management, and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Plan project management activities, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to deliverables. Analyze financial data, project revenue and margins, and track operational excellence indices. Manage risks and issues, resource allocation, and deallocation. Support hiring and resource management efforts. Ensure projects meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines. Draft and improve existing project management office policies and processes. Create project reports and presentations, and conduct governance meetings. Work with pricing and finance teams to build RLS constructs and models for project solutions. Evaluate projects to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and follow up on project progress. Be a self starter and work with minimal supervision. Be flexible with project work and timings based on criticality. Mandatory Skills 8+ years of relevant experience in business operations or project management. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and related technologies. Excellent administrative capabilities. Good effective communication skills. Strong presentation skill and multi tasking skills. Preferred Skills Experience in invoicing and billing processes. Ability to work cross departmentally to extract information and ensure timely project closure. Familiarity with financial projections and tracking. Proficiency in creating project reports and presentations. Willingness to self learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
