Job Description:

A. Team Management and Leadership:

  • Oversee a team of sales executives, ensuring they are effectively performing their roles.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and share updates.

B. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets set by the company by monitoring performance and providing necessary support.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate team performance and strategize improvements.

C. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Accompany sales executives on client visits to provide support(as per their requirement) and build relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives (CXOs, CTOs, CFOs).
  • Address high-level client concerns and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term business relationships.

D. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and policies.
  • Coordinate with the HR Department to ensure smooth and goal aligned recruitment efforts.

E. Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with development and backend teams to ensure client requirements align with product capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.

F. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  • Support the team in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and timely follow-up.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on prospecting, sales techniques, and closing strategies.

G. Operational Oversight:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and team progress.

H. Performance and Feedback:

  • Conduct performance reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback to aid in their professional development.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing team members to maintain motivation and morale.

Job Specifications:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior Experience with leading a team into the IT/SaaS Industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-assured, persuasive, and adept at closing software sales.
  • Professional demeanour, with a confident and engaging personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
