Responsibilities

• Onboard vendors and maintain vendor information as part of online merchandising.
• Provide white glove service to key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and merchants to set up new items on the platform.
• Maintain the integrity of the item life cycle, ensuring products are always up-to-date.
• Monitor the health and integrity of items to ensure data consistency.
• Help establish and maintain business rules and standards for items.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to onboard and maintain products.
• Manage communication between suppliers and merchants regarding product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
• Execute item lifecycle processes, identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vendor onboarding, item onboarding, and maintenance.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to vendor and item onboarding, maintenance, and cleanup activities.
  

Eligibility

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce operations, merchandising, or vendor management.
