Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Agent Recruitment

• Identify potential candidates and recruit qualified agents through multiple sources.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active agents.
  
• Conduct regular hiring activities and ensure adherence to company norms.
  

2. Agent Development

• Provide continuous training and field support to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

• Review performance and identify training needs in collaboration with trainers.
  

3. Business Achievement

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  
• Ensure agent activation, productivity, and persistency as per plan.
