Financial Consultant Sales (Sales & Advisory)

Salary Range: 3 LPA 7 LPA (Based on experience, previous CTC, role, and interview performance)

Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell third-party financial products including

  Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds

  , etc.
• Generate new client leads through

  cold-calling, referrals, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments

  .
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing clients to enhance wallet share.
  
• Provide clients with

  market insights

  , research reports, and updates on

  NFOs/IPOs

  .
• Assist clients in

  filling investment forms

  , documentation, and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide

  after-sales service

  to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Support

  branch-level promotional activities, seminars

  , and events to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Ensure

  accurate reporting

  of daily sales activities and maintain records in the back-office systems.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve individual and collective

  AUM & revenue targets

  .

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (

  mandatory

  ).

• 0 -5 years

  of experience in financial services or direct sales (Freshers with certifications encouraged).
• Must hold valid certifications:
  

• NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributor

  (mandatory)
  
• Financial Advisory Module
  
• Security Operations and Risk Management
  
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal

  skills.

• Sales-focused mindset

  with a passion for client servicing and financial advisory.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to a

  target-oriented environment

  .

• Local language fluency

  is an added advantage (Tamil for TN & Malayalam for Kerala)
