Assistant/Deputy Manager - Treasury

Role Summary

working capital, treasury operations, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  working capital requirements

  including CMA preparation, consortium banking arrangements, and lender coordination
• Liaise with domestic and international banks for

  fund-based and non-fund-based limits

  (LC, BG)
• Handle

  short-term funding

  , term sheet negotiation, documentation, and facility availing
• Ensure compliance with

  RBI, FEMA, Customs, EDPMS/IDPMS

  , and statutory requirements
• Oversee

  operational treasury activities

  including vendor payments, statutory payments, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations
• Execute treasury transactions in

  SAP (F110)

  and maintain accurate banking entries
• Prepare

  MIS, cash flow projections, stock statements

  , and reports for management and stakeholders
• Support audits, inspections, and ongoing governance requirements
• Manage short-term investments such as

  Fixed Deposits

  and monitor accrued interest

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Strong expertise in

  Working Capital Finance, Treasury Operations, LC & BG

• Hands-on experience with

  SAP

  and

  advanced Excel

  (mandatory)
• Knowledge of

  FEMA regulations, foreign currency, SWIFT, IBAN, purpose codes

• Exposure to managing large working capital limits (

  ₹300+ Cr

  )
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, stakeholder management

  , and liaison skills
