Assistant/Deputy Manager - Food Safety Training Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Identify the market opportunities for trainings
• Develop marketing plan, training calendar, marketing campaigns,
• Prospective client database management and development
• Develop and communicate strategies to establish partnerships and business relationships to market product and services
• Conduct and review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing and trends
• Estimate demands for proposed projects based on market research and customer trend
• Develop new markets, partners, associates and competence for business, calibrate and develop resources and capabilities for profitable business
• Analyze the financial impact of sales of products and services to new and existing customers
• Monitor the competitions product development activities and network with key players
• Responsible for generating revenue from in house and open house Training sales
• Prepare smart proposals and offers as per regulatory and organization guidelines, follow up with clients
• Presentations, client visits, key accounts management
• Customer relationship management and other business excellence tools and maintain overall compliance
• Support technical and operational development by contributing in execution for core competencies
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and legal in the development and implementation of strategies, plans and business models for Training sales
• Operate in liaison with other Business Managers in the resolution of business development matters
• Support management in dealing with negotiations, bids, contract development acquisitions and budgeting
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Participate in the annual budget planning process
• At all times, comply with Intertek Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
