Job Title:

Role Overview

Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and collection targets through business associates and direct clients. This role involves account management, customer retention, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and contribute to business growth.
Manage accounts effectively and ensure timely collections.
Strengthen customer retention and drive deeper penetration with existing clients.
Proactively address customer requirements and resolve issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service levels.
Gather and share market and competitor insights.
Support and implement business development initiatives.
Lead and guide the team to meet performance objectives.
