Job Description

Role:

AVP Training

Required Experience:

Minimum
14 years of overall experience
in US Healthcare RCM.
Must have at least
1 year of experience as AVP Training(on paper)

OR
Must have
2.5 years of experience as Senior Director – Training(on paper).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end training and development strategy across RCM operations.
Design and implement scalable training frameworks for onboarding, process training, and upskilling.
Ensure compliance-focused training delivery aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership and clients to drive capability building.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and performance enhancement in training delivery.
Manage and mentor training managers, SMEs, and L&D specialists.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes and training frameworks.
Proven track record of leading training functions in large-scale RCM setups.
Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business impact through training.
Focus on transformation, innovation, and measurable outcomes in L&D.
