Job Purpose

Lead, manage, and innovate audit functions for Partex.AIs rapidly scaling operations, ensuring compliance across statutory, tax, and international financial reporting standards in a high-growth, technology-driven life sciences environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and execute statutory, tax, and internal audits across Partex.AIs group companies and global biotech partnerships.
• Develop, review, and implement audit strategies in alignment with IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, tailored to Partex.AIs digital, data-centric, and multi-jurisdictional business model.
• Identify operational, compliance, and data risks, drive audit innovation using analytics, and provide actionable advice for optimization in life sciences operations.
• Manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams; champion inclusive leadership in a multicultural remote and onsite environment.
• Liaise with the executive team and global partners, presenting audit findings and strategic recommendations to drive value and ensure transparency.
• Support continuous process improvement and compliance automation as Partex.AI expands AI-driven asset and data exchange capabilities.
• Contribute to organizational learning by delivering technical trainings, supporting regulatory readiness, and advancing Partex.AI’s commitment to compliance and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Certified Public Accountant (AICPA, USA), with 15+ years of audit experience, ideally within Big 4 or complex, data-driven organizations.
• Deep expertise in statutory audit, multi-GAAP reporting, and internal controls within fast-paced, technology-led environments, with hands-on experience in life sciences or technology preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics, digital audit tools, and enterprise software such as SAP, Tally, and Oracle.
• Outstanding team leadership, collaborative problem solving, and stakeholder management skills across cultures and disciplines.
• Strong ethical integrity, communication skills, and a passion for innovation and inclusion.
