Assistant Vice President - Finance - R2R (IC Role)
- 15+Years of experience into core accounting (R2R) (NFP - Not for Profit - Background is good to have NGO or any Social Service Organization)
- Candidate should be ready to work in US shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM) IST-
- Work Location: Thane- (Individual Contributor Role)/ Immediate Joiners - Early Joiners -
- Mode of Work: WFH (Will have to come to office once in a quarter for a week at own cost)
- Preferably candidates from NGO background
- Excellent English communication (Will interact with US teams)
- Core R2R experience
- It's a controller role where resources will directly interact with the CFO's of the clientele and also must work end to end on the accounting independently. It is an IC role.
- Salary Bracket - Based on Current CTC (Standard Hike & Based on Internal Hierarchy - Management )
- Basically combination of - Project management+ Technically sound R2R + excel expert - IC role
Responsible for Review of Budget Analysis and facilitation of the Budget process.
- Would require technical GAAP experience including but not limited to ASC 606 or IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and lease accounting -ASC 842/ IFRS 16.
- Responsible for Review of client Audit Work paper preparation and Audit Support, Completion of Audit process.
- Responsible to keep the attrition at minimum and engagement in high performing zone.
- Create and maintain a winning culture in their global division and ensure a positive employee experience. Supports the WCAT and follows through with Company initiatives to drive winning culture.
- Capacity building, capability building, reviews of manpower utilization & ensure that Manpower is fully & effectively utilized on a daily basis.
- Closely monitor the process wise quality issues & take necessary action to improve & stabilize the process.
- Trouble shooting & Manage escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction. Owning CSAT.
- Team Management and Training and development of staff.
- Provide guidance for an efficient and high-quality functioning team; promote synergy and best practice sharing amongst resources.
- Drive collaboration with stakeholders in managing high standards of communication and delivering best in class services.
- Provide guidance in methodologies and processes to enable enhancement of delivery.
- Productivity & quality improvements on a continuous basis.
- Driving a culture of Delivery Excellence and moving up the maturity to be best in class.
- Develop a winning culture within the team.
- Work on new prospects/ clients and need basis requirements.
Extent Of Public Contact
- Frequently serves as a representative of QBSS to various organizations within the community, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
- Continually serves as a representative of QBSS to the contract corporate groups, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
- Frequently negotiates contracts, answers questions from accounting& other staff, and interacts with division corporate staff.
- Position requires direction -on-one as well as group basis interaction with LOB management team. Qualifications:
Graduate - M.COM Experience: Working/Worked in a Not For Profit Organization (Preferred)
14+ years of experience (For M.COM/CA Inter/MBA/CMA) 10+ years of post-qualification experience (CA/CPA/ACCA) in accounting and finance, W
orking in BPO & MNC will be added Advantage (Services & Consulting Background)
Knowledge And Skills
