Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to drive the growth of our Emerging Corporate and SME Business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with a focus on credit and digital adoption.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute strategies to initiate new business and partnerships.
Identify and implement data-based sourcing methods to generate business leads.
Expand the sourcing base through empaneling and cross-sell relationships with retail business teams.
Collaborate with fintechs, NBFCs, and banks to identify co-lending opportunities.
Enhance customer-facing processes to best-in-class standards.
Assist the Business Head in high-impact transactions.

Job
Strong knowledge of credit and financial markets.
Experience in a similar role with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
Interest in financial markets and services for the long term.
High degree of digital and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
GraduationB.Com, B.Tech, B.E (Computer Science).
Post-GraduationCA, MBA (Finance Specialization).
