About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Assistant Team Leads (ATLs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in team handling, data management, and client interaction, with a proven ability to ensure task completion and achieve closure within deadlines.

As an ATL, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, guiding your team toward achieving performance goals, and maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and monitor a small team to ensure targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Oversee daily operations, task distribution, and performance tracking.
• Ensure effective data management, reporting, and process documentation.
• Handle escalations and provide quick, efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and process efficiency.
• Support management in driving performance metrics, compliance, and team development.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, accuracy, and ownership in all communication and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, inside sales, or team leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and report management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and task closure.
