Assistant Team Lead - Sales

The Assistant Team Lead – Sales (Visa Process) will support the team lead in managing the visa sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the processing team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, achieving targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the visa application process.

• Managing and supervising the visa sales team.
• Achieve team sales targets within the assigned timelines.
• Guide and support team members in handling client inquiries, documentation, and application follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate communication of visa requirements, procedures, and timelines to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely visa processing.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build long-term business relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, embassy regulations, and processing updates.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
