Assistant Store Manager

As an experienced Assistant Store Manager at our upcoming MBO footwear store in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, featuring 70+ premium brands, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence. Your strong leadership skills and passion for retail will be key to managing and motivating a team of 30+ employees towards achieving sales and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, maintaining high service standards, handling customer concerns, ensuring stock availability, visual merchandising, store organization, compliance with SOPs, and analyzing store performance for continuous improvement.
