WE’RE HIRING – ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (RETAIL)

Pink Paws is looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Assistant Store Manager (Retail)

Location:

Kolkata

Experience Required:

1–2 years of experience in Retail Store Operations / Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations

• Support sales growth and help achieve monthly targets

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries

• Manage billing, POS operations, and cash handling

• Supervise and support store staff on the shop floor

• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and stock replenishment

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards

• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions

• Coordinate with the head office for reports and updates

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations

• Good understanding of sales targets and customer conversion

• Strong communication and team-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer operations

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

• Passion for retail and customer service

• Experience in the pet retail industry is an added advantage

Salary:

Based on experience and interview performance
