Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in Vikasnagar. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes managing inventory, monitoring store performance, supporting retail loss prevention, and assisting staff with training and operational needs. The Assistant Store Manager will play an integral role in achieving the store's goals and delivering a superior customer experience.

• Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with the team and customers effectively.
• Proficiency in Store Management to ensure efficient daily operations, inventory handling, and team supervision.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to mitigate risks and maintain store security.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Previous experience in a retail management or similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or management are a plus.
