1. Lead and supervise a team of 30+ sales professionals in a high-volume luxury retail setting.
2. Manage store operations, sales performance, inventory control, and customer experience.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for stock management, billing, and showroom maintenance.
4. Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising and ensure adherence to all SOPs.
5. Drive sales, customer engagement, and team motivation through service excellence.
1. Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a senior sales role within a large-format luxury or jewellery store.
2. Strong team-handling capabilities and experience managing large inventory volumes.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Willingness to relocate to Noida immediately for pre-launch training.
