Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical materials and products.
· Maintain and update manual registers and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
· Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of invoices, GRNs, and stock movement documents.
· Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in inventory reconciliation.
· Ensure quality control during material receipt and dispatch as per SOPs.
· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store area.
· Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
· Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in received materials.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Graduate in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).
· 1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment preferred.
· Strong knowledge of storekeeping procedures and documentation
· Familiarity with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and quality compliance.
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently with accuracy.
