Assistant Store Manager

As a Store Manager (Hardware & Logistics) at I Hub Digital Technologies Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hardware and logistics store. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating material movement, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining supply chain efficiency. Your strong understanding of warehouse management, hardware components, and logistics coordination will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise overall store operations, including inventory management, goods receipt, and dispatch. - Maintain accurate records of all hardware equipment, tools, and consumables. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability and delivery. - Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or obsolescence. - Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse. - Track inward and outward movement of goods and ensure all documentation is up to date. - Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for material deliveries and logistics support. - Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock movement reports to management. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 01 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in a hardware, IT, or logistics environment. - Strong knowledge of inventory control systems. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.
