Qualifications

Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills to support in-store operations.
Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is an added advantage.
